Ticari gayrimenkul geli\u015ftiricileri artan talebi de\u011ferlendirerek BAE&#8217;deki baz\u0131 serbest b\u00f6lgelerin yetki alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletti veya yeni projeler ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubai&#8217;de 2023&#8217;te yakla\u015f\u0131k 92.000 m2 br\u00fct kiralanabilir alan (GLA) teslimi, toplam sto\u011fu 9,2 milyon m2&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, bu y\u0131l 44.000 m2 yeni ofis alan\u0131n\u0131n eklenmesi planlan\u0131yor.
