The project\u2019s connectivity will be bolstered by direct links to the future Etihad Rail main station and the current Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategically positioned along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the community will also have access to Al Khail Road, Al Yalayis Street, and Al Jamayel Street, while remaining in close proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, thereby strengthening both local and global access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>A New Benchmark for Golf-Oriented Luxury Living<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The revitalised Jumeirah Golf Estates will see a significant upgrade in its community infrastructure.
