Vento Tower, a residential skyscraper located in Dubai’s Business Bay neighborhood, is in the final stages of completion. Developed by ANAX Developments, the tower is expected to deliver 225 apartments by the fourth quarter of 2025.
Soaring 19 floors high, VENTO Tower promises luxurious living in Dubai, offering residents a five-star style lobby with 24-hour security and concierge services.
Satish Sanpal, Chairman of ANAX Holdings, highlighted that the advanced security and services aim to “establish higher standards for the luxury real estate landscape.”
Sanpal added, “The tower offers an elevated living experience, ideal for upwardly mobile urbanites and investors seeking a robust investment in one of Dubai’s premier areas.”
The apartments at VENTO Tower range from small studios to larger one-bedroom units, all featuring private balconies with views of landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa.
The apartments come equipped with facilities like smart home systems, high-end kitchen appliances, and contemporary finishes.
Beyond luxurious living spaces, VENTO Tower will feature a range of amenities, including an outdoor cinema, gym with steam room and sauna, and a rooftop swimming pool. Additionally, co-working space and lounge areas are part of the planned offerings.
