Dubai is set to surpass its own skyline with the construction of Burj Azizi, a skyscraper that will rise 1,000 feet taller than the Empire State Building. This architectural marvel will become the world’s second-tallest structure and feature a seven-star hotel, complete with the world’s highest lobby, a vertical retail space, a luxury ballroom, a beach club, a nightclub, and an observation deck.
Azizi Developments is leading the charge with a $1.63 billion project, Burj Azizi, which will stand at an impressive 2,400 feet. Upon completion, it will not only dominate the Dubai skyline but also surpass Kuala Lumpur’s 2,227-foot Merdeka 118, positioning itself as the second tallest structure globally, after the 2,716-foot Burj Khalifa. Situated in the heart of the Dubai World Trade Centre area along Sheikh Zayed Road, this 131-story skyscraper will redefine architectural boundaries.
Dubai Real Estate: Luxury in the Sky
Burj Azizi is more than just a towering structure; it offers a host of luxury features, including the world’s highest nightclub on the 126th floor and the tallest observation deck on the 130th floor. The building will also house Dubai’s highest hotel room and restaurant on floors 118 and 122, respectively. Inside, the seven-star hotel will boast premium residences such as penthouses, apartments, and vacation homes, reflecting a blend of opulence and innovation.
A Blend of Culture and Luxury Amenities
What sets Burj Azizi apart is its unique design, inspired by seven different cultural themes. Catering to a high-end, international clientele, the skyscraper offers a wide array of luxury amenities. Residents and guests will enjoy wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, gyms, cinemas, and mini-markets, alongside resident lounges and children’s play areas. The property also includes numerous fine dining options, an adrenaline zone, and a vertical retail center spanning seven floors. Complementing these features are a luxury ballroom and an exclusive beach club, all contributing to the tower’s grandeur.
Construction is progressing with a projected completion date in 2028. In addition to Burj Azizi, Azizi Developments is behind other notable projects, including the gold-toned floating Opera House, Azizi Venice Opera House. This $8 billion venture will feature 18,000 kilometers of lagoons, beaches, and boardwalks, two five-star hotels, a boutique hotel, 109 villas, and over 34,000 apartments. The development will offer an array of luxury stores, nightlife, entertainment venues, and premium restaurants, further enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for luxury living and entertainment.
