Chelsea Football Club has entered into a front-of-shirt sponsorship agreement with Dubai-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties. The partnership will be in effect for the remainder of the 2024–25 season. However, this sponsorship does not extend to the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup scheduled for this summer.
Under the terms of the deal, DAMAC will feature as the principal shirt sponsor during Chelsea’s final four matches of the Premier League season. Additionally, the sponsorship will apply to the club’s UEFA Conference League semi-final clash against Sweden’s Djurgarden, and—should Chelsea advance—a possible appearance in the final. The sponsorship will make its first appearance during the first leg of the semi-final in Stockholm on Thursday.
Search for Long-Term Partner Continues
According to club representatives, the process of securing a long-term front-of-shirt sponsor remains ongoing. Chelsea has yet to appoint a season-long sponsor for the 2024–25 campaign. Discussions are said to include options for coverage during their participation in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which is set to take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13. Chelsea are guaranteed at least three group stage matches during the tournament.

This season marks the second year in a row that Chelsea has started without a permanent shirt sponsor. In September 2023, Infinite Athlete signed a one-year agreement valued at approximately £40 million ($53.4 million). That deal later extended to include the club’s pre-season fixtures but did not cover the entire competitive season.
Strategic Real Estate Collaboration in Dubai
As part of the broader collaboration, DAMAC Properties will also lead the development of Chelsea-branded luxury residences in Dubai. The project, which exceeds a £1 billion investment, is being promoted by the club as a premium living experience, aligning with DAMAC’s reputation for upscale real estate ventures.
