This acquisition, valued at AED 25 billion (approximately $6.9 billion), marks the company’s first foray into master-planned community development.
Located within the Meydan district, the newly acquired site is steeped in heritage, having formerly housed the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, a historical venue for the Dubai World Cup. The area benefits from seamless connectivity to major highways and proximity to Dubai’s key urban and cultural destinations.

Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti commented on the development, saying, “This land acquisition represents a strategic milestone as we embark on our first master-planned project. Backed by our strong financial position, we have fully self-financed this transaction.
