Dubai’s Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower, will be available for purchase across seven international cities on February 19, as announced by private developer Azizi Developments.
The 725-metre skyscraper will be marketed in exclusive locations, including Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).
Architectural Marvel on Sheikh Zayed Road
Strategically positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road, the iconic 131-plus-storey tower is designed to feature a mix of residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment spaces. The ambitious project is expected to be completed by 2028.
Highlighting the significance of the project, Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Dubai and other global cities witness new projects regularly, but developments like Burj Azizi emerge only once in a generation. It brings me immense joy to see Burj Azizi transition from concept to reality.”
He further added, “Burj Azizi is more than just an architectural landmark; it stands as a testament to Dubai’s ever-growing global prominence.”
Dubai’s real estate sector has experienced unprecedented growth over the past four years, with surging demand from both investors and end-users. This increased interest has significantly driven property prices and rental rates, particularly within the luxury and ultra-luxury segments.
According to Property Finder, Dubai recorded an all-time high in real estate transactions in 2024, reaching 180,987 transactions valued at AED 522.5 billion. This marks a substantial 36.5% increase in transaction volume and a 27.2% rise in transaction value compared to the previous peak in 2023. The surge was primarily fueled by off-plan sales.
Dubai leads the world in the number of supertall skyscrapers, with 33 buildings exceeding 300 metres, according to Skyscrapercenter. Of the world’s 100 tallest completed towers, Dubai is home to 14, including Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, Princess Tower, 23 Marina, Elite Residence, The Address Boulevard, Ciel Tower, Almas Tower, Gevora Hotel, Il Primo Tower, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Towers 1 & 2, Emirates Tower One, and The Torch.
